Your information is treated confidentially and is never monetized or sold by us. We use third-party cloud providers for infrastructure (hosting, AI processing). Privacy-conscious users can use a nickname during onboarding and simply replace it with their real name in the final documents you download.

Can I regenerate if I don't like the result?

Absolutely. You can refine and regenerate your applications until you're satisfied. Our review workflow lets you critique each section and request improved versions based on your feedback.

What makes this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT generates content from general patterns—which leads to generic, sometimes fabricated results. TailorDraft is grounded in your structured profile data, ensuring every claim is real and every bullet point reflects your actual experience.

How long does this take?

The initial onboarding takes 15-30 minutes to build your profile properly. Each application package takes a few minutes to generate, plus time for your review. The more care you put into verifying your profile and reviewing outputs, the better your results.

How does pricing work?

We use a simple credit system—no subscriptions, no expiration. You get 50 free credits on signup to build your profile. After that, buy credits as needed: profile setup uses ~40 credits, each job application uses ~55 credits.

Generation Failures and Inconclusive Results

9. Credits and Payments

Credit costs vary by feature and are displayed before you confirm each action
Your credit balance is visible in your dashboard and settings

Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes situations where:

You have unused credits remaining in your account
AI generation completes but the results don't meet your expectations
AI generation fails due to technical issues (credits are not consumed on failures)
You decide to stop using the Service
Your account is terminated for Terms violations

Credit Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. If your account is deleted, any remaining credits are forfeited.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TailorDraft from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Before Your Data Is Deleted

We want to make sure you don't lose your work. Before account deletion takes effect:

You will receive advance notice with time to export your data
You can download your career profile, generated documents, and application history
If we initiate termination, we will provide reasonable notice (except in cases of serious Terms violations)

Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland. For EU consumers, this does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

17. Changes to Terms
